Will Rio work with my internet provider?
Rio plugs in behind your provider’s modem, in place of your current router. The app walks you through it.
How long does setup take?
About 10 minutes. Scan the QR code on the back and the Rio app guides you step by step.
What happens after the free VPN year?
Rio VPN renews at $79.99 a year so your rooms stay private. Don’t want it? Cancel anytime before the year ends and you won’t be charged. Your router, rooms and device approval keep working without it.
How many devices and how much space does it cover?
150+ devices at once and up to 4,800 sq ft per unit, or up to 38,000 sq ft with mesh.
What if Rio isn’t right for me?
