Subscription cancellation policy

Rio VPN plans renew automatically (monthly, or yearly at $79.99) until you cancel. That includes the free first year that comes with a Rio router.

How to cancel

• Bought on riorouter.com: sign in at account.riorouter.com, open your subscription and cancel. Or email support@riorouter.com and we'll do it for you.
• Bought in the iPhone or Android app: cancel in your Apple or Google account's subscriptions.

What happens when you cancel: your VPN keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
